Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Users are strictly prohibited from using Pak Cloud VPS for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM).

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or illegal software.

• Mining cryptocurrency without prior authorization.

• Scanning ports or attempting unauthorized access to other networks.

• Any activity that violates the laws of Pakistan or the country where the server is located.

• Violation Result: Failure to comply will result in an immediate permanent ban without notice or refund.

Service Activation & Renewals:

• VPS setup is usually completed within 1–12 hours after payment confirmation.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to renew the service before the expiry date. Failure to renew within 24 hours of expiry will result in data deletion from our servers.

Limitation of Liability: Pak Cloud VPS is not responsible for any business loss, account suspension (on platforms like Etsy/eBay), or data loss caused by user negligence. While we offer “E-commerce Optimized” IPs, the final management of your store accounts remains your responsibility.
