Refund Policy

The 48-Hour Guarantee: We offer a limited refund policy to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. If you face a technical issue that we cannot resolve within 48 hours of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@pakcloudvps.com within 48 hours of the initial purchase.

  • The issue must be technical (e.g., cannot connect to RDP, server down, or incorrect specifications).

Non-Refundable Items & Conditions:

  • E-commerce Account Issues: We do not offer refunds if your Etsy, eBay, or Amazon account is suspended, as these platforms have their own internal policies beyond our control.

  • IP Blacklisting: If you get the IP blacklisted due to spamming or illegal activity, no refund will be issued.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” after the VPS has been activated and used.

  • Add-ons: Any extra IP addresses or storage upgrades are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
